Basic Lotion

• 2 cup bees wax (tad more for thicker consistency)
• 1 cup refined coconut oil
• 3 cup light olive oil
• dolop of lectithin

Mix in double boiler or heat safe jar. Melt and stir together. Raise to 185*F+ for at least 5min.Pour into heat proof jars or silicone forms. Makes about 16 oz.

Pain Relief topical lotion add as it cools, in this order, dissolving each:

• 8 Tbsp Menthol Crystals
• 4 Tbsp Arnica Oil
• 1600mg of CBD (cannabidiol) paste (Hemplifetoday.com High Potency)



whip in air after it cools before putting in jars
